2. Scope
This privacy policy applies to the Android app “Puzzelfunken Wimmelwiesel” (package name: de.puzzle.meinspiel) and its Google Play Store listing.
3. Local use and data processing
The app can be used locally. It does not use online accounts, advertising, analytics or tracking services, social features or its own internet connection. Mannibest receives no saved games, favourites, settings or user-created puzzles.
The app stores game-board settings, difficulty levels, favourites and user-created puzzles exclusively on your device. This processing provides the app functions you request; the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
4. Your own pictures and camera
You may voluntarily choose an image using the Android file picker or take a photo with the camera to create your own puzzle. The image is copied into protected local app storage only after your selection and is used exclusively for that personal puzzle. It is not transferred to Mannibest or any other third party.
5. Retention and deletion
Local settings, favourites and user-created puzzles remain stored until you delete them in the app, clear the app data in Android settings or uninstall the app. Mannibest cannot view or delete this data remotely.
6. Android backup and Google Play
Depending on your device settings, local app data may be backed up and restored by Android backup functions. When you download, update, review or pay through Google Play, Google may process data under its own responsibility. Google’s privacy information applies.
7. Disclosure and recipients
The app does not transfer personal data processed within the app to Mannibest or other recipients. It contains no advertising, analytics, social media or tracking SDKs.
8. Children
The app may be used by minors. It does not create online accounts or transfer data to Mannibest. Please use only images you are entitled to use. Where applicable, the necessary consent must be obtained for pictures of children or other people.
9. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Because app data is stored exclusively locally, Mannibest cannot retrieve or delete it remotely.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority. In particular, the following authority is competent:
